Got a bunch of vocal FCs today, including two I’m most proud of so far (more about that in the next post!).  These six are DON’T STOP BELIVING, CRUSHCRUSHCRUSH, I MISS YOU, WHEELS, DANI CALIFORNIA and OCEANS.

Got my 3rd OMB FC tonight on Pink’s WHO KNEW?.  Some of the vocal parts are tricky, especially the annoying final phrase.  Took me a few goes to get that right.

I’m also still working on the FC of Pearl Jam’s BLACK. Can’t consistently hit Eddie Vedder’s random warbling toward the end of the song.  Damn him!

3 more Expert Vocal FCs obtained on the 3rd December:

FC’d the recently released Nirvana three-pack (SMELLS LIKE TEEN SPIRIT, COME AS YOU ARE (LIVE) and LITHIUM (LIVE)) and Stone Temple Pilot’s INTERSTATE LOVE SONG (obtained on the 2nd December)

Two more FCs for you which I got on 30th November.  Both of these annoyed me in some way, the first being THE FINAL COUNTDOWN’s final phrase which for some reason, I could not consistently hit.  In total, I think it took me around 5 goes to get it down right.

The second, the infamous phrase in PANIC ATTACK that causes a load of vocalist to stumble.  Around the middle of the song, there’s a very difficult ‘Run….try to hide…’ phrase which I could not for the life of me get right.  I must of run through the whole song about 30-40 times to get it but, after about 6 goes, I finally got it tonight.
